Robust security and safety measures
SGF Orlando is dedicated to ensuring the security and confidentiality of patient information and biological samples. SGF has one of the most stringent, long-standing chain of custody protocols developed according to the highest industry standards and continuously refined alongside the latest research. Because of our commitment to these procedures, SGF has never had an incorrect identification. Patients can rest assured that their cryopreserved materials are safe at our IVF lab in Orlando.
Natural disaster safety measures
During hurricanes and other natural disasters, SGF Tampa Bay does their utmost to insure the protection of your eggs, sperm, and embryos. Any embryos, eggs, or sperm in our incubators are transferred to our liquid nitrogen cryotanks, which have enough liquid nitrogen to last at least 7 days. These tanks do not require electricity in the event of a prolonged power outage.
