Becoming a mom has always been my ultimate goal for as long as I can remember. As a single woman, I knew the only way to make this dream possible was with help from a doctor. I was referred by my OB/GYN, Dr. Elise Leger to Shady Grove Fertility. I am forever grateful for that recommendation. Keeping my dream of motherhood alive and going to every appointment is what kept me going through the difficult times.

The entire Cary office was so welcoming and caring. The support and care given throughout my journey were top notch. There were emotional ups and downs throughout my journey, but seeing that positive pregnancy test made every single thing I had gone through before that worth it. It is one of the happiest moments of my life.

Meeting Anelise

My journey led me to my beautiful daughter, Anelise. Being her mom is the greatest joy of my life. Every wait, emotion, and heartbreak led me to her.

There are so many moments in this journey that make you wonder if you have the strength to continue. There were so many moments I questioned whether I could do this anymore, and if I would ever get a chance to become a mom. It’s okay to have moments of doubt, just never give up on your dream.
