SGF is proud to make fertility treatment more affordable by accepting exclusive fertility benefits provided by employers/companies as well as third-party administrators. SGF patients who choose to use their benefits from the below list of providers will enjoy negotiated preferred service rates and a streamlined claims process.
Some fertility benefit administrators may require employees to enroll directly with their organization in order to be eligible for fertility treatment benefits. Directions

  1. Take NJ Turnpike to exit 4 and follow signs to Route 73 North approximately 1 mile to Route 38 West
  2. Follow approximately 6 miles to cross Benjamin Franklin Bridge and follow signs to Vine Street (76 W.)
  3.  Follow Vine Street approximately 1 1/4 mile
  4. Turn left onto N. 15th Street
  5. Turn right onto John F. Kennedy Boulevard, turn left onto N. 17th Street, and turn left onto Market Street

  1. Take PA Turnpike to Exit 24 Philadelphia/Valley Forge Exit and follow signs to I-76 East (Schuylkill Expressway)
  2. Follow I-76 East for approximately 18 miles to Camden/Center City Exit (this exit is on the left)
  3. Follow the 23rd Street exit towards Ben Franklin Parkway
  4. Keep left at the fork in the ramp
  5. Stay straight to go onto Winter Street
  6. Turn right onto North 21st Street
  7. Turn left onto Market Street

  1. Exit at Center City exit and take 676 West
  2. Enter 676 at the Broad Street exit, this puts you on 15th street going south
  3. Turn right onto John F. Kennedy Boulevard
  4. Turn left onto N. 17th Street
  5. Turn left onto Market Street to 1515 Market Street

  1. Take 1-95 N to Broad Street exit
  2. Follow Broad Street North 3.2 miles to Spruce Street
  3. Turn left on Spruce Street, proceed 2 blocks to 16th Street
  4. Turn right onto 16th Street, proceed 5 blocks to Market Street
  5. Turn right on Market Street
