Dr. Kipersztok was born in Lima, Peru and raised in Israel. He graduated from Brandeis University in 1979 and from Tufts University School of Medicine in 1983. He trained in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Michigan Medical Center until 1987. After practicing general Obstetrics and Gynecology for 3 years in rural New Hampshire he completed a Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the George Washington University Medical Center and the NIH in 1992.

Dr. Kipersztok joined Shady Grove Fertility in 2006. Until then he spent 15 years at the University of Florida in Gainesville rising to the rank of tenured Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is board re-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, as well as Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Dr. Kipersztok is a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologist. Since 2002 he has been continuously elected to “Best Doctors in America” by his peers. He is fluent in Spanish and Hebrew.
