To support our patients during treatment, our nutrition, massage, and acupuncture therapies provided by the SGF Wellness Center are designed to help patient’s achieve optimal health and wellness of mind, body, and spirit throughout their fertility journey. Our practitioners are experts in many areas of reproductive health and are specially trained to serve the unique needs of our patients. In partnership with your physician, our practitioners will work with you and your medical staff to develop a personalized plan that is integrated with your treatment to help you achieve the best possible results.
Meet the Team
Meghan is a registered and licensed dietitian nutritionist who believes in the healing power of “real food”—the less processed the better. Meghan loves food and is passionate about teaching others how our diet is directly connected to hormonal balance, nutritional health, and general well being. She understands the rigors of fertility treatments and is dedicated to coaching women how to nutritionally prepare their bodies for improved cycle outcomes and to carry a healthy pregnancy. Meghan received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Delaware and went on to complete her clinical internship rotations at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. She is eager to continue her studies in Integrative and Functional Nutrition to further broaden her scope of practice.
Erika Lessey is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist with specialties in Fertility and Oncology. She earned her Master of Science in 2003 at the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, California. Erika spent several years working alongside renowned Dr. Lifang Liang, M.D. (China) in San Francisco providing support for patients undergoing fertility treatments including IUI and IVF. Erika also provided acupuncture to low income women with cancer at the Charlotte Maxwell Complementary Clinic in Oakland, California. Erika was in private practice for over 12 years at the Lotus Center of San Francisco, the wellness center associated with UCSF Osher Center, and treated a wide variety of conditions for a highly diverse community. Erika is nationally certified as a Diplomate in Acupuncture with NCCAOM.
Ah Reum Park received a Master’s Degree in Acupuncture from Maryland University of Integrative Health and is nationally board certified acupuncturist by the NCCAOM. She specializes in the treatment of female reproductive health, fertility enhancement, postpartum, and pain management. She treats patients who are trying to conceive naturally or through the use of assisted reproductive techniques (ART) such as IUI and IVF. Ah Reum combines her diverse background and experience to provide holistic health care and help patients to achieve wellness goals.
Da Rye Kim, Licensed Acupuncturist
Da Rye graduated from Maryland University of Integrative Health with a Doctorate of Acupuncture. She is a licensed acupuncturist specializing in women’s health, fertility, and pain management. Da Rye supports patients in the process of fertility treatments such as IUI and IVF and helps them to achieve healthy pregnancies. Her clinical goal is to improve every patient's condition and mood. Da Rye's advanced education and years of experience have provided her with a variety of skills and clinical techniques designed to improve patients’ physical and emotional health.
