What to expect next
Fertility Awareness Check- Sex Assigned at Birth: Female
Egg-producing patients will have their blood drawn to test their Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH) levels. AMH levels are a marker of egg quantity. No fasting or other preparation is needed for this test. You can schedule this test at any point in your menstrual cycle.
Fertility Awareness Check- Sex Assigned at Birth: Male
Sperm-producing patients will complete a Semen Analysis to test their fertility. Click here for the complete collection instructions outlining how to prepare for your semen analysis appointment and how to collect and transport your specimen. If you are late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule.
Reproductive Health Questionnaire:
In the next day or so, you will receive a reproductive health questionnaire by email to complete before your visit.
Fertility Check Follow-up Consultation:
At your testing appointment, our front desk team will schedule your phone consultation with one of our senior fertility nurses for approximately 1-2 weeks after your visit. During this consultation, we will review your test results and reproductive health history, and you will discuss whether we recommend an appointment with a fertility specialist.
