Nicole & Cory

My husband and I met in 2014 at a Redskins game. We enjoyed being outdoors and spending time with our dog Parker as well as family and friends. My husband Cory has Cystic Fibrosis and so we knew we would probably end up using Shady Grove Fertility to help us with this process.

After testing it was confirmed that due to his Cystic Fibrosis we would need to go through IVF to conceive. Shortly after meeting with Dr. Khan and his team, I went through testing and it was found that I had fibroids that needed to be removed in addition to both of my tubes being blocked.

This came as a surprise to both of us that I also would have underlying issues that would prevent us from conceiving without help from science. We were shocked but also felt blessed and that God did this on purpose and had this plan in store for us all along the way.
