NIAW 2025
SGF supports National Infertility Awareness Week (NIAW): Shady Grove Fertility recognizes National Infertility Awareness Week® (NIAW) by hosting free, virtual fertility events from April 20 through April 26, 2025. NIAW is a yearly initiative founded by RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association, to encourage people to act as their own infertility advocates and to educate legislators and the public about the impact of infertility within their community. SGF partners with RESOLVE to further its mission of broadening awareness of infertility and supporting those facing infertility with compassionate support and information.

Starting Monday, April 21, and ending on Friday, April 25, RESOLVE is challenging the community to share a different photo, story, or reel every day using the following daily prompts and hashtags.
Day 1: #ALLinTheJourney
No matter where you are on your family building journey, still trying, childless not by choice, taking a break, exploring options, etc., your story deserves to be told. Share your experiences in a post, reel, or story to show the struggles you’ve faced, the milestones you’ve reached, and the challenges that still exist. Let your voice inspire and connect with others in the community.
Day 2: #ALLinConnection
We know it takes a village — so tell us who’s part of your connections. Post and tag the friends, support groups, online communities, or anyone who has been there for you and thank them for showing up for you.
Day 3: #WearOrange2025
Show your support by wearing orange on April 23. Go #WearOrange2025 whether you wear orange socks, an awareness t-shirt, or a bold accessory, ROCK your orange to raise awareness during NIAW. Share your photos or videos and encourage others to join the movement.
Day 4: #ALLinForAccess
We are #ALLinForAccess. Join the largest patient advocacy network working together to remove barriers too many face when struggling to build a family. Contact lawmakers, participate in RESOLVE’s Virtual Federal Advocacy Day, in partnership with ASRM, or ask for #CoverageatWork and family-building benefits. Post a picture, tag @resolveorg, and share how you’ll be part of the change we all need and deserve.
Day 5: #ALLinFertility
Show how you are #ALLinFertility by donating to RESOLVE, the leading patient advocacy organization dedicated to improving the lives of all people struggling to build a family.
