FAQ: The Application Process

What type of positions do you hire?
There are a variety of clinical, administrative, and laboratory positions available at Shady Grove Fertility. Please view Search Available Jobs for current openings.

How do I apply?
To begin the process of applying to Shady Grove Fertility, you will need to submit an application online. To do so, click on the open position you wish to apply for. All applications will be thoroughly reviewed for qualifications and relevant experience. With the large volume of interested candidates, not everyone will be invited to interview for the position in which they apply.

How do I know if you have received my application?
Once you have completed the application process, you will receive a confirmation indicating you have successfully submitted your job application. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail at the address you specified in your application.

What do I need to do after I have sent a resume?
You do not need to take any further action once you have submitted your resume/application. Due to the volume of resumes we receive for each position, we are unable to contact each candidate directly. We will carefully review each submission for experience and qualifications. If you are not contacted for an interview, you may apply for other positions of interest.

How do I check the status of a position?
Once we fill a position, we will remove it from the list of open positions on our website and all candidates who applied will be notified by email.

How long does the hiring process take?
Our recruiting process can be lengthy. We do not work within a specific time frame; instead, we look to hire the best candidate as soon as possible.
