Dr. Sasson's Reviews
"Hi Dr. Sasson, We didn't get to say goodbye and thank you since our 6 week appointment, so I just wanted to email you now that we've officially graduated and had our last appointment this week. Even though on paper you were not my primary doctor at Shady Grove, you certainly played a significant role in getting us pregnant - from retrieval to transfer! You have a way of putting me at ease, which is not a small task for an emotional basketcase such as yours truly. We avoided IVF for years due to my fear of the unknown, but it was such a relatively smooth process that we wish we had skipped all those IUIs and done it sooner. We have you, Dr. Munabi, and the entire staff to thank for that.
I hope that this pregnancy is a successful one and that we don't have to visit for a couple of years, as much as we will miss the great care we got with Shady Grove. We'll be back before you know it to transfer one of those beautiful blasts you helped us create."
"Dear Dr. Sasson,
Thank you so much for checking up on us in the OR on Friday. It meant the world to us as we were navigating this unexpected and difficult time. Our hopes were chewed up quite a bit and I was really emotional and a little irrational. Joe has been really supportive and I am feeling better about our hopes. I pray that God hasn’t forgotten us and your words gave us rays of hope on a very dark day. Thank you so much."
"Words cannot express the gratitude that we feel towards you for being the most supportive caring and compassionate doctor. Please know how much you have effected our lives and that we hold you in the highest regard and with all the love in our hearts."
"Dr. Sasson perfomed his duties with deep concern, professional knowledge, and exquisite sensitivity. Never have I know a doctor like Dr. Sasson."
"I just wanted to give our gratitude to you for the long talk last week when we came in to learn more about IVF and the donor egg process. We really felt comfortable and connected to you, personally. The thing that clicked for me was when you took the time, within our talk, to ask what our son's name was. It meant so much that you acknowledged him as a living and meaningful little soul rather than just an anonymous affected embryo. He is our world :-)"
"I wanted to thank you, Dr. Sasson, so much for meeting with us on Monday. I learned so much and was grateful to have met you. I am sad I did not find you earlier in our journey to have a baby. You are so kind and made us feel welcome in your office and not just another one of your patients. We cannot thank you enough." -Marueen L.
