Stephen J. Greenhouse, MD received his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a two-year fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Fertility at the George Washington University. Dr. Greenhouse is a Clinical Instructor in the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Georgetown University. Dr. Greenhouse is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology.

In 2012, Dr. Greenhouse was once again been named in the Washingtonian's "Top Doctors" as well as Northern Virginia's "Top-Rated Doctors" list for Infertility.

I can’t begin to tell you how thankful we are for your guidance and support during the recent months. After having a miscarriage, even though it was almost three years ago, we were very anxious about trying to get pregnant again. We had no idea how, or if, the whole IVF process would even work. The illness and death of my father during this process sent us into even greater emotional turmoil. Both of you were so supportive of our decision to either continue or discontinue the IVF cycle and were always genuinely concerned about how we were coping with everything.
