In order to keep up with the patient demand, continues to grow its presence in the greater Philadelphia region with the addition of three new physicians to the Pennsylvania medical team in 2017.

New to the practice in 2017, Kara D. Nguyen, M.D., M.P.H joined Abraham Munabi, M.D., in the Shady Grove Fertility Reading, PA office. Dr. Nguyen is one of only a few physicians who is triple-board certified in obstetrics and gynecology, reproductive endocrinology and infertility, and medical genetics. She earned her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College and her Master’s in Public Health from John Hopkins University. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Christiana Care Hospital in Delaware and her subspecialty training in medical genetics at the National Institutes of Health.

Ryan Martin, M.D. joined Isaac Sasson, M.D., Ph.D., in Shady Grove Fertility’s Bala Cynwyd, PA office. Dr. Martin earned his medical degree from the Yale University School of Medicine and completed his Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Yale-New Haven Hospital. He pursued his fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Yale University. Dr. Martin is the recipient of multiple teaching awards and was an instructor at the Yale University School of Medicine.

Caleb Kallen, M.D., Ph.D., FACOG brings his extensive background in biomedical research to the medical team at Shady Grove Fertility’s Chesterbrook, PA office. Dr. Kallen earned his medical degree and doctorate in philosophy (Molecular and Cellular Biology) from the University of Pennsylvania. He went on to complete his residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Dr. Kallen completed his subspecialty training in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut. Most recently, Dr. Kallen served as the Director of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Thomas Jefferson University.
