We are proud to announce that nine Virginia-based fertility specialists have been named Top Docs for Infertility by Northern Virginia Magazine. Each of the board certified reproductive endocrinologists provide best-in-class fertility care and offer a full range of state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment options for male and female infertility.
To determine the region’s “Top Doctors,” Northern Virginia Magazine compiled a list based on a combination of hospital committees and board nominations. Panels consist of physicians affiliated with medical centers around the region who nominate doctors based on internal evaluations, patient reviews, and overall quality of care.

“The core of our practice and what I respect so much about Shady Grove Fertility is how we place a strong emphasis on supporting the “whole” patient, both physically and emotionally through their journey to parenthood,” says, Dr. Andrea Reh, of SGF’s Arlington, VA location
SGF’s Expansion in Virginia in 2018
2018 has been a big year for SGF in the Virginia region beginning with a new 19,000 square foot IVF procedure center that opened in Fairfax, VA in January. Following the opening of the IVF center, we opened two new locations in Fredericksburg, VA and our first location in Richmond, VA and brought on board two new physicians, Drs. Erika Johnston-MacAnanny and Nancy Durso.
The continued growth and expansion in the Virginia region is largely attributed to the remarkable advancements made in laboratory and treatment protocols as evidenced by the more than 50,000 babies born over the last 27 years. Providing compassionate, personalized, fertility-care and making fertility care more affordable through the SGF’s unique financial options is the core of our practice and one of the many reasons why 96% of patients would recommend SGF to a friend or family member.
