Who qualifies for this program?
Couples who have completed a full medical screening and who are considered good candidates for IVF are eligible for the IVF Shared Risk 100% Refund Plan. Women must be less than 39 upon completion of the IVF cycles to be considered.

Can We Participate in Shared Risk IF I am Over 39?
Women 39 and older can participate in Shared Risk if donor eggs are used. We encourage the use of donor eggs for women over 39 only if the prognosis with your own eggs is poor.

How Many Patients Actually Qualify for Shared Risk?
We estimate that approximately 70% of the couples in our practice would be accepted for the Shared Risk program, if they all chose to apply for the payment option.

Are Other Patients Eligible to Apply?
Yes. Patients may be eligible for Shared Risk even if they are using ICSI, gestational carrier or having an Embryo Biopsy for preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD). For more information see "Common Question" section of the Shared Risk section of the website.
