For many women, the option of using donor egg (DE) with in vitro fertilization (IVF) brings about their only chance of experiencing the unique events of pregnancy and childbirth. New! Financial Counselors Now in Each Medical Office
To better serve the financial needs of our patients, Shady Grove Fertility is placing financial counselors in each of our nine medical offices. The financial counselor will be available at the local level to handle the patients questions regarding benefits, authorizations and referrals. New patients will have the option of having a brief financial consultation after their initial visit with the physician or you can schedule an appointment with the financial counselor at a later time. New and current patients now have direct contact to a financial counselor during morning monitoring when many questions arise. Benefit verification, referrals and authorizations will be handled by the managed care team who specializes in your insurance plan. All of these specialized teams are located in Rockville.
