The discounted global fee is designed to give peace of mind knowing ahead of time what the overall costs will be. When cycles become more complex leading to additional monitoring; you will not be charged any additional fees. In order to receive the discounted rate, the global fee must be paid prior to the start of the cycle. If payment is not received prior to the start of cycle, you will be responsible for the full cycle cost and the start of your cycle may be placed on hold until payment is received.

The discounted global fee is a reduction of the average cycle cost. In rare cases, the itemized cost for the cycle would be less then the discounted global fee. In most cases the itemized costs would be higher. If you are taking advantage of the global discounted fee, however charges are not itemized on your account and we do not submit claims to the insurance company. All Patient account balances must be zero in order to obtain multi-cycle discount.

“Global” fees do not include pre-screening, medications, follow up visits, lab tests, and sonograms, performed after the initial pregnancy test marking the completion of your cycle. In addition, the following are not included in standard cycle and occur less then 5% of the time: cyst aspirations & fluid aspirations.
