Without the generosity and compassion of women like you, many infertile couples will never experience the joy of parenthood. So it is with great appreciation that we acknowledge your interest. Prior to completing the physical process of donating eggs, potential donors undergo both medical and psychological screening. The entire process may span several weeks and therefore egg donors are compensated for their time and effort.

Donor Qualifications

• between the age of 21-33
• good general health
• within normal weight range
• non- smoker
• high school graduate or proof of GED
• residing in Maryland, Virginia, DC, DE, WV, or PA.

Donor Compensation
The donation process has several steps all of which require your time. At Shady Grove Fertility potential donors receive compensation after each stage.

Donor medical history forms completed and accepted	$	50
Medical prescreening completed, disqualified as donor	$	50 - 200
All screening completed, qualified to donate	$	450
Completed egg donation cycle*	$	6,000

Donors who meet the donation screening standards will receive $6,000 upon completion of cycle. Repeat donors receive $6,500 upon completion of each additional cycle. No out-of-pocket costs are charged to the egg donor.

Egg donors receive an IRS 1099 for the end of the year.
